I worked on the complete redesign of ViaMichelin’s digital ecosystem, for web and native apps used by 20 million monthly users, to modernize the brand, enhance the user experience, and create new business opportunities through a scalable design system and innovative features, including AI-powered tools.

Data-driven design
I leveraged both quantitative and qualitative insights from 20M monthly users to guide design decisions. Surveys, interviews, and user behavior analytics (GA) informed each iteration, ensuring that features were grounded in real user needs and delivered measurable impact.

Native app
I contributed to the redesign of ViaMichelin’s iOS and Android apps, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across mobile platforms. Focus was on performance, intuitive navigation, and adapting web features to native mobile patterns without compromising usability.

Design system
I created a scalable design system in Figma, unifying UI components, interactions, and visual language across web and mobile. This system streamlined collaboration across teams and supported rapid prototyping and iterative testing, while maintaining brand consistency.
The redesign modernized ViaMichelin, boosting engagement and satisfaction. The product continues to evolve, with a focus on delivering lasting value to users and improving the business.
